What we collect
From the contact form: your name, what you’d like to do, your message, the way you’d like to be reached and the detail that goes with it, plus which page sent you our way.
From the application form: the same, plus the links you share and the CV you attach.
Nothing else. There is no hidden field, and we do not ask for anything we would not need to write back to you.
Why we have it
To read what you wrote and reply to it. That is the whole purpose.
We do not sell it, rent it, or hand it to anyone looking to sell you something. There is no marketing list today. If we ever start one, it will be its own separate question with the box left empty, never a side effect of writing to us.
Who else sees it
Your message arrives as an email in our inbox at hello@lateralgroup.com, delivered through Postmark, the service we use to send and receive form mail. We may also keep a copy in our own records so nothing gets lost in a thread.
That is the full list. It is read by the people at Lateral who can actually answer you.
How long we keep it
Contact messages: two years after our last exchange, then deleted.
CVs and applications: twelve months, then deleted, unless you ask us to keep you on file for future roles.
Getting it removed
Email hello@lateralgroup.com and ask. No form to fill in, no reason required. We delete what we hold and confirm when it is done.
The same address works if you would rather see what we have, or correct something in it.
