Existing systems are the usual patient. We start with a read-everything audit, instrument what's dark, then fix in order of user pain. Most systems get boring surprisingly fast once someone is accountable for boring.
What's an eval harness, in one sentence?
A test suite for AI behavior. Real annotated cases every model, prompt, and retrieval change must pass before it ships. The model is whatever passes it.
Do you do on-call?
We'll stand it up, run it with your team until it's calm, and hand it over. We're allergic to being a permanent pager dependency. That's a smell, not a service.
