Airstar invented the lighting balloon and lights film sets, events, and construction sites with it. Running an installation meant physical control panels and cable. We designed and built the native iOS and Android apps that pair over Bluetooth, hold hundreds of fixtures together on a mesh with a protocol we defined on top of GATT, and put brightness, colour, animation, and blackout in a pocket.

Walk on site and the fixtures introduce themselves. Bluetooth to pair, a mesh to keep hundreds in step.
Fire, ocean, autumn, spring. Brightness and frequency under each, applied to a whole group in a tap.
And the control that matters most at 2am on a set. Everything dark, now.
